What are some good remedies for migraines?

I suffer from severe Migraines and was wanting to no if there are any good remedies and if so what?

My wife used to have those. They are caused by the blood vessels in the head, their are too narrow. or you live in a high place (over 2500 meter over sea level). Hot showers, are very helpful, since they dilatate these veins. or there are several drugs for it at pharmacies. Good luck.

There are migraines and there are migraines. If you have cluster headaches and are calling them migraines, a large dose of Ibuprofen should help. If you see auras and throw up, Imitrix should help, but you'll need an Rx.
