My webcam doesnt load on msn because it keeps saying ' We couldn't start your camera device. Please check that your camera is not currently in use by another program, and then try again.' But its not being used by anything else

I used to get that all the time. The only way I found to get over it is to disconnect your web cam, then turn your computer off. Re-connect your web cam then start the computer up again. . Even with that though I sometimes only get limited functionaliy.
