I nearly didnt sleep or eat for 2 days and now when i try to eat i have a stomach ache or i even throw up the food i just ate. What is this, a stomach flu or what? and how can i get better?

Eat rice, and drink green tea...youll be able to keep it down, cuz its filling...but it really doesnt have anything in it. Ive been SUPER sick, and couldnt keep anything down...but those 2 things seemed to work the best, and it will keep you from feelin like your starvin to death...

I would start with a clear liquid diet. Apple juice, grape juice, cranberry juice are okay but without the pulp. Fruit punch is okay but you may want to dilute it with water. Strained lemonade and limeade, Beverages: Coffee, tea (hot or cold), Kool-Aid, clear sodas, and water are all acceptable. Soups: Bouillon, broths, fat free consommé, and strained vegetable broth are all good choices for the clear liquid diet. Sweets: Fruit ices without milk, fruit ices without fruit pieces, plain gelatin dessert, popsicles, are okay.
