So i like this girl 1 gr lower then me.. we always flirt and stuff on msn and wen we see each other in the halls we smile and say hi. But then its me that always starts the chat on msn and never her .. i hate that. what can i do to make her msg?

Well, if you always initiate conversations with her, you probably don't even give her a chance to initiate one with you. Try backing off and see if that helps.

Maybe just casually bring it up to her sometime when you're talking in person. Make a joke about it, even. It could possibly be that she's shy, or isn't even aware that she's doing it. All in all, just be glad you're talking to her!

If shes not putting back effort than its not really fair for you. She could be shy, or maybe even not interested. This all depends on how you feel about the situation. If you want to try and continue with this girl you should try and talk to her about it. If you dont want to maybe it would just be easier to cut it off, seeing how she hasnt put any effort in she might not be interested. Good luck. :)

Don't give up on her yet. Maybe she is old-fashioned and thinks the male should initiate the conversations. If you want her to IM you, then ask her to do so and see if she demures. It seems that she at least has a friendly interset in you.

Try ignoring her for a day or so and give her a chance to start things for once.
