I have to impress an employer in an interview (it may be a group interview). They are picking 60 people out of 400. Do you have any tips for me? I could really use them. It is for a FedEx call center. They are really strict though. I NEED this job.

Answer:
Since the job is for a call center, I think you need to show that you have a clear and understandable speaking voice, you need to show that you are courteous (the customer is always right) but informative. If you have any other customer service experience, be ready with some stories that show how you are able to deliver good customer service. Do NOT complain about any of your other employers. Stay positive and in control. Look anyone that you are interviewing in the eye and be ready to ask a couple of questions that show that you are eager to work for them (i.e. don't ask how much vacation time you get).
