How do you create an art show for yourself?

  I don't know if I consider myself an "artist", but I am pretty creative in general. I write, I paint sometimes, I like to design my own clothing, interior decorating, and I do all the artwork and digital design for my husband's band. Mostly, I like to create things that will be useful - for example, my newest projects are turning an old computer desk into a train table for my son to play with outside, and sewing cloth diapers, toys and childrens' clothes out of old sheets, curtains, and old clothes I'm collecting through Freecycle.
