Does anyone know a music industry i can get into?

i really want to be in the music industry, and i got work experience coming and i havent even got a place to go for it, i love listening to music and i dont mind just helping out there, like just making tea and stuff, i want to work my way up, im 15 and i would love to work in a music industry, i live in Reading and to be honest i dont no if there is a music industry here. so i guess london could help, does anyone know anybody in the music industry in london or something close to Reading where i can go work in there and be shown around, i would love to become a music video director, or just be a assisstant or something to help out and make it good! i would love to do a saturday job or something, ill just keep going london :) please someone help me.

Well I'd start by getting a job working in a theater as an usher. Also I'd take voice or music lessons depending on weather you sing or play an instrument. Join your choir or band at school. Go for it good luck.
