Can you have two colds at once?

I have been getting colds and infections very often (nearly every two weeks) in the last four months, what can i do to make it stop ,im 15

  • Answer:

I do this a lot, I'm 17, and basically everyone's got a different reason for it. I've found though that if you go on an antibiotic it usually makes you get sick again. So if you've been taking one, next time try over the counters that way your body can build an immunity. Also, take a multi-vitamin. That helps. Dressing warm, eating decently, like dea_ex_machina said helps tremendously. Lots of vitamin C is good as well, you can get tablets, or drink lots of OJ. Hope this helps. I know how you feel. Take care. Cheers. PS... The sleeping bit is brilliant, then you have an excuse to sleep 10 hours a day. lol.

make sure you dress up warm (I cannot understand teenagers who go out without a coat on cold days!); eat healthily - loads of fruit and veg - avoid junk food! get enough sleep. Basically, these are all the things teenagers hate doing!
