Pull the old ink cartridge, or ink converter if you have been using an ink well, out from the tip. Discard the old cartridge.Loading a New CartridgeInsert a new ink cartridge into the tip of the pen, making sure the tapered end with the membrane is loaded into the tip first. Push the cartridge into the tip firmly until you hear a pop as the membrane seal is broken.Reassemble the PenHold the tip downward, so the ink flows into the tip.
