I bought this a couple weeks ago to take my new laptop on a trip with me, and since I rarely have trouble with anything I buy on Amazon, I didn't check it out thoroughly (my fault) - just a quick glance over and it looked fine. But, when I went to pack my computer for the trip, I noticed the zipper was split, no matter what I did I could not get it to work again and so, I had to use a smaller, less than adequate bag and I was very disappointed. Partly my fault.... but it is the first case logic piece I've had trouble with. So the moral of my review, CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN YOU GET THE BAG, if you order this one!
