ORIGINAL EMAIL MESSAGE FROM ME TO WELLS FARGO: I called to question the over draft charge of $12.50 on the above account. The acct rep stated that the fee has been in place since "day one". This means almost 2 years. I have never, get that, never been charged before. After researching I found that as of Oct 15, 2011 this fee is in place. Why was I not informed of this change???????? I don't like the way you do business, I will be closing all 4 accts because I no longer have faith in your business practices. THEIR RESPONSE: Dear S... H.....: Thank you for contacting Wells Fargo.
