How do I get an acting agent?

How do I get my mother to be my agent in acting, and what does she have to know?

• I'm not talking about how I'm going to force her to be my agent in acting, she's already agreed that she will be if we can figure out how she will be able to be my acting agent, and that's why I need your help. I need to figure out what she has to do in order to become my agent, what she would have to know, and what she would have to do, and if she would have to have any sort of special education. Please only comment if you know the answer!

  Stop asking this same stuff over and over. If she doesn't know "the business" or the law then she should not be your agent. She can work with you and an agent that has the proper knowledge but without knowing exactly what is involved with show business she shouldn't even try.
