Is a gift hamper a good idea as a gift for my 13 year old best friend if i put things like gift card makeup and sweets and things like that?

I think so. Last year I gave one of my 13 year old friends an organizer basket filled with lip gloss, hair things, nail polish and candy. She totally loved it!
