Then click "To Control access to specific websites, add the website to the allow and block list". then type in facebook and click allow. - If you don't have Admin access you can try a proxying site such as MegaProxy or get a special browser called Njutrino (http://www.njutrino.com) that runs from a USB stick and gives access to all sites regardless of settings or filters
