Which is the only country deos not celebrate national day and independence day?

Answer:
England? Recent governments and assorted flag-wavers have tried to elevate the status of St George's Day (April 23), but nobody cares enough about the absurd occasion to make it a holiday. Many others have no independence day: France marks the outbreak of its Revolution (July 14), but at least they take it seriously enough to take the day off.
