You'll need all 8 gym badges and HM Waterfall. Look all over the snowy part of Route 208 and you'll find a cave by a piece of water and a waterfall. Surf to the Waterfall and there is another hole. Go into it and there will be two Pokeballs. The orbs are inside them. If this doesn't work, try YouTube and that is how i got Dialgla's Adamant Orb and Palkia's Lustrous Orb. If you want a Griserious Orb, go the Turnback Cave and there is a little Distortion World. There is a ball containing the Orb.
