How do I get my Xbox 360 to work if it isn't reading my disc and there are no scratches on the brand new disc?

Answer:
On the XBox 360 when a disc won't read, you need to verify whether the problem is in the disc or the drive. To do this put another disc in the drive to see if it will properly read. If it does not read, the drive may be damaged and in need of repair. If the other disc does read it is possible that you have received a defective disc.
