How did you handle your most challenging experience in your previous job?

Answer:
My last job was an executive assistant of a British engineering firm. There were 10 british nationality managers. Most were very nice, but a few were very naive to us FIlipinos. Whether or not they were nice, everyone had an opinion as to how I should be doing my job. Depending on the person and the relationship with that person, someone got dificult to come up to, I tried to be diplomatic, use humor, etc. Fortunately, I had a boss who is married to a Filipina, therefore he knew and somewhat familiar with Filipino characteristics. He encouraged me to come talk to him when other managers became disrespectful when asking a favor or task to do so and he'd help me handle things.
