Not only didn't I get one, AT&T doesn't even carry a headset for this phone. Nor did Best Buy or Radio Shack. I thought for sure I'd have to spend at least $25.00 for one on the Internet. This one however, does its job. The ear buds aren't that comfortable, and I wish there was a volume control, but for under $10.00, it's a good accessory to have. It works just fine. Sound quality is good for it being earbuds. Simple to use. And, my favorite is that there is no silly syncing or searching for a bluetooth headset. Just plug and play, baby.
