  There is no point in using a cheat for those. On the way through Mt. Coronet as you head toward Spear Pillar, you'll pass by a waterfall that you cant get to the first time through, once you've obtained HM 7 Waterfall, you can go back to that point and go through the doorway sitting there. Inside is both the orbs. Once you've talked to the woman in Celestic Town after obtaining the orbs, you can go to Spear Pillar and you'll see one of two portals leading to a fight with either Dialga or Palkia. After you've faced the first one, leave the room. Return to fight the second one. They are both very easy to catch even though they are level 70. Simply weaken them until their health bar turns red, give them a status ailment if you can (preferably sleep), and throw an ultra ball.
