If you find that you can't create users or save answers, it is because your users does not have access to the Windows directory. Logging in as an admin user works fine. However, if you want to run it as a non-admin, this is what I did. I suspect only the first step is necessary. -Log in as an admin user and create the user in the application. that will create a userinfo and user file in your Windows directory. Change the permissions on those files to allow all users to modify (or at least the users you want to be able to use the program). Also, go into the advanced permissions and make sure you deny all user the ability to delete those files. (if you don't, the application deletes them whenever you make changes, and can't recreate them). (instead of this whole step, you could give everyone write access to the Windows directory, but that opens security holes) -Give everyone access to the Barron's directory in program files. -as and admin, search through the registry for "toefl" and give everyone modify access to every key you find there. (this step is probably not necessary) Once I did these steps, I could start the program with my chosen user and it would save my changes. This review is from: Barron's TOEFL iBT Internet-Based Test, 12th Edition (Paperback) I have studied only 2 weeks for the TOEFL and focused on only the speaking and writing part. I used this book for exercise purposes. I has lots of exercises and helped me improve my speaking strategy, which I have found very useful. If you have a sound background, then I think this book will give you the fine-tuning you need to score above 100 in the actual TOEFL exam. Although it contains some typos, they are not all over the entire book, and every single book has editing errors. I think this book is worth buying. As far as I know no other book out there in the market has 7 full mock TOEFL exams, which makes this book unique. I also suggest you Speaking and Writing Strategies for the TOEFL iBT (Book & Audio CD) by Bruce Stirling for especially writing part of the exam. I think this book really boosted my score in the writing section of the TOEFL.
