  Hiding your IP address change involves first purchasing a proxy server, or proxy service, and then configuring your computer to direct traffic through that server or service. This process allows other computers to make transactions with your computer without your computer being identified by its IP address, regardless of whether your address has been changed manually or is dynamic (changes upon each system restart). Once you set up the proxy server to hide your IP address, all future Internet traffic will be routed through the proxy server.
