You can't get it from iTunes or the app store there are only four games you can get that are sim related they are "sims3 world adventures" "sims3" "sims3 ambitions" and "sims city" I strongly recommend sims3 ambitions because you can have kids and make a big house but you can get married on all of them though exsept sims city I hope I helpe
