How do you get rid of your msn contacts nickname on windows live messenger 8.5?

    heyyyy :) i had the exact same problem it was soo frustrating umm just right click ur contact on the main page.. with all ur contacts on it and then click edit contact where it says Nickname: or something.. get rid of the nickname you gave them and press save then it comes backk with their normal name hope it worked for you cause it worked for mee :) \\// peacce
