How can i get to where you see heatran in Pokemon platinum?

Answer:
After you beat the Elite 4 amd get the National Dex, Go to Stark Mountain, on the island where the battle frontier is. Go into the mountain after you beat Galactic Boss Charon, and in the chamber you beat him is Heatran. I would recommend a Pokemon lv.43-50 that knows false swipe, and either a master ball or a lot of other pokeballs. When I caught him, I went in with 54 ultra balls, came out with almost all of my Pokemon K.O.'d and only 3 pokeballs left. You can only fight it once a week.
