  Advantages: Employs people... When garbage is disposed into the water, people are hired to clean it up. Also, it makes it easier for companies to throw away their trash. Disadvantages: Garbage (example: cans/plastic) can kill animals by cutting them, suffocating them, and trapping them so they'll drown. When an animal dies, their pray has less to eat, and it dies, then it's pray goes hungry and dies, and the chain continues Animals we eat (example:fish) catch sicknesses which they pass to us when we eat them When you drink polluted water you can get diseases like: cholera, typhiod fever, diarrhea, and hookworms Seafood restaurants have to occationaly shut down due to the loss of fish because of pollution in the water, which also effects the workers (becuase they won't get their pay) Water, being the most important resource in life, is being wasted because of pollution.. If we run out of water, everything on earth will die
