You just got used tires for your car but in great condition and still every time you drive faster than 40 mph the car starts making noises like the wheels are loose but their not Any help here Pl?

well it is telling you that you got the wrong type of tires and that they might be 10 ply tires It can also be bad alignment, improper inflation, worn wheel bearings or even one or more bent belts inside one or more of the tires, or the tires are defective in some other way. You should take the car back where you bought the tires, complain and have them take a road test with you. If they tell you that it is normal road noise for those particular tires, demand the swap them out for a different brand and tread pattern.
