Go back to Main Street. Move all the way to the right until you see a sign that says, "Factory". Click on the sign to go to the factory. Go right again, and you should appear outside the carrot factory. Climb onto the roof of the factory, where you should see a blue scroll sticking out of the top window. Jump to it and grab it!
