  This happened to me many times, you need to open up the console, get a damp cloth and dab it down onto the main parts inside. Once done, dry up with a towel, personally I recommend using a wet sponge, cleans it was the same time clearing any further dust. If none of this works, I suggest getting a Xbox 360, much better then a Play Station. - Tommy
