When and where was the very first PC invented?

When was the first PC invented and by whom?

  • Answer:

Bill Gates and his friend Paul Allan Yes and no, but the real PC as we know it that has three components was first conceived by Govany Perony in Houston, Texas. Compaq was the first to manufacture this computer. As reported by the Founders of Compaq the idea was first sketched on a place mat at a houston restaurant House of Pies. The real story that I wouild like the Founders to repudiate is that Mr. Govany Perony a then recently laid off from Texas Instruments first sketched the concept on a napkin at a Dunkin Donuts on Westhimer, Houston and showed it to a Founder. Mr. Govany Perony was an Engineering Technician working in BI-POLAR III at Texas Instruments Stafford Plant at the time. One of the Founders was at the Dunkin Donuts, Mr. Perony struck a conversation with him when he noticed the red Tex. Instruments tag on the Founder's car.
