How come we cannot watch the other game show such as hundred versus one and wheels of fortune being hosted by Kris Aquino on tfc channel and it's being advertised here in California?

If you do not have service you can not get the program. The ads are to let you know it is available to purchase not that it is broadcast Television in your area. Some people can not get HBO yet they still see the ads about the HBO programs on networks that they do get. Some people see ads for Comcast and find that it is not available for them to purchase in there area
