What is Pay Pal and how do you get one?

I'm not sure what to do. I can't have a cellphone. i can only get one when I get in 9th grade and I'm only in4t. But when I get one I have to pay for it myself how can i make my parents get me one now?

  You can't "make" people do anything. You have to offer them good reasons why they should do what you want. If they have laid down a time which is five years from now then I think you'll have difficulty persuading them. If they say that you'll have to pay for it yourself then, perhaps they can't afford to get you one, or to pay the costs of running one. You need to listen to why they say you can't have one and come up with good reasons which meet their arguments and convince them. Firstly, however, you really need to ask yourself one question.... "Do I .... need.... a cellphone ---- OR ---- do I just .....want.... a cellphone?" Good luck i am in 5th and there are lots of situations where i can use cellphone but i can't have one. your parents are probaly too stubborn like my mom. you may not get a cellphone until 9th. if you have a friend who has one and they could come over and tell your parents at dinner they could say when they use their cellphone , and you could compromise, like I'll pay for the phone and I'll do extra chores if you pay for the bill. it would also help if you will ask for a cheaper phone with pay as you go.you can get pay as you go phones at staples for $20 and phone minutes cost $30.00 i don't know if yo can text,though but i think you can. my mom hates cellphones so much she doesn't have one so i have to pay for my phone if i want one.none of this worked on my stubborn mom but it may work on your parents.
