How much does target pay its employees?

Answer:
Depends on where you work. Regular retail associates make in the $9 an hour range, supervisory retail roles in the $14 range. Money is at there distribution centers where i work. Depending on what your job is it ranges from $13.91-16.85 to start. the higher being for warehouse workers ie. fork lift operator and truck unload and load. Very tough work when you start loading trailers but @$16.85 an hour you cant beat it. Plus .75 cent raises ev 6 months for 2 years and you top out at $19.85 where Im at. Cant be beat for a warehouse job. They also do yearly industry reviews and raise pay based on similar jobs in the area. They always want to be seen as a top level company when it comes to pay so they always adjust higher than the competition. hope this helps.
