I agree with everyone else, it wasn't easy to get rid of mine but I ended up using Vacation Property Management Services out of Wilmington, Delaware. Just like every company out there they called me with a few offers on my unit, none of which I was immediately excited about but they worked with me and finally got me an offer I could be happy about...the whole process took about 3 months and I had to cover some fees to take care of the transfer and estoppel letter but I did receive finally my check for the sale of my timeshare....so yes while at times it may seem impossible to sell your timeshare it worked out for me through Vacation Property Management Services....
