How do you get to Pokemon league in Pokemon Diamond?

You have to surf from sunishore city to the victory road then when you past through this you will have to do waterfall and you arrived to the Pokemon league but when you arrived you rival will battle with you so be prepared. To beat easly the elite four I would recommend pokemons that knows fire, ground, grass, fighting, ghost( or dark), ice( or dragon) moves.
