If you share a photo on msn?

How to Install Photo Share on MSN

  • Answer:

In 2005, Microsoft relaunched many MSN features under the Windows Live brand. Windows Live allows you to communicate with others and share photos and videos online for free. To upload photos, use Windows Live SkyDrive, a free online file-hosting site for registered users. SkyDrive can hold up to 25 GB of files to give you plenty of room for your pictures. You decide whom to share your photos with. You can also create slide shows. Difficulty: Moderately Easy Things You'll Need Windows Live account Instructions Upload Photos Sign in to the SkyDrive website with a Windows Live account. If you have a Hotmail account, sign in using your Hotmail user name and password. If you do not yet have a Windows Live or Hotmail account, open a new one. There is no charge. Click "Create an album" on the navigation bar on the SkyDrive home page. Type a name for the album in the text box. Set the visibility settings for the album. By default, Windows Live makes the album public. Click "Change" if you want to modify this setting. You have several options: your Windows Live friends and their friends, your friends only, specific people on your friends list, or just yourself. You can also share the photo album with non-registered users via email. Set the access privileges. If you choose "Friends" or "Some Friends" you can grant editing rights to the album to them or just let them view the photos. Let your friends view the photos only, unless you are willing to let them add to, delete from or change details in the album. Click "Next" to proceed to the next step. You will see an upload screen with five "Browse" buttons. Click one of these buttons to select and upload a photo from the computer. For faster drag-and-drop uploads, select "Windows Live Upload Tool" instead. (You may be asked to install Silverlight first.) Select the photos you want to share on Windows Live. Click "Upload." Note that you can tell SkyDrive to change the photo's file size when it is uploaded. For example, select "Medium" in "Photo upload size." Share Photos Click "Share" on the SkyDrive menu. Click "Send a link" on the drop-down menu. Type the Windows Live names or email addresses of the recipients in the "To" field. SkyDrive will read the contact information from your Windows Live friends list or address book. If your intended recipients do not have a Windows Live account, enter their email addresses. Add a message to the photo album link. Do this if you want to make sure your recipients understand that you are inviting them to view your photo album, and which album it is. Click "Send." Windows Live will send an email with a link to the photo album to the recipients you specified.
