Can a convicted felon become a occupational therapist assistant?
-
-
Answer:
Yes, they can. They have to submit all of their court paperwork to NBCOT regarding the felony, pay a fee and then await a review by the board. Once they get their letter of pre-determination (approval) they can go on just like any law abiding citizen.
