I dont freaking know I was watching YouTube on how to do it and one of the comments said that you have to flirt and flirty joke brings your romance up. But I've been trying that and it just keeps saying Kia thinks your sim is being romantic and nothing pops up but I'm still going to keep flirting with her until we get a budding romance.
