-
Answer:
gmt +4 Your time zone is decided by your line of longitude. 15 degrees being equal to one hour time difference. There is some leeway given to this to account for local conditions and geography. It is counted from the Prime meridian which passes through Greenwich, London. Time zones to the east are plus GMT, or UHT, times to the west are minus. This is counted to the international dateline which is about 180 degrees around the globe from the Prime Meridian.
