How to view and copy hidden files and folders in Linux?

You have some kind of PSW Trojan and one of the problems is you can't see hidden files When you go to control panel tools folder options view and click on show hidden files and folders?

  Thanks for the following answer. I found another shortcut method later, use command "attrib -h -s -r /s /d". Now you don't have to repeat the process for each individual folder in the tree!
