Why can't they have Harry Potter Deathly Hallows auditions in Australia for between 13-15 year old Teens?

I kbow its unfair isn't it? But I know why. It's because during the auditions for Harry Potter one JK put her foot down. JK doesnt want anyone from different nationalities playing British characters etc. Except French and Bulgarian people for the Beauxbatons and Durmstrang students. There are no Australian witches and wizards in the Harry Potter series so therefore they are no parts unless you have an Irish, scottish or English accent.
