How to deactivate car alarm?

How do you deactivate the car alarm on a 98 Honda Civic that goes off constantly since some thief stole the factory CD player?

  i have an 98 accord & u have to roll the window down so u can lock trhe door from the inside then stand on the out side & unlock the dorr with the key then lock it back then unlock it again but hold the key down for 5 seconds when u do it & it should deactivate hope iot helps u
