  Life is stressful. I was walking down the street last April when i encountered a fox biting a woman leg, that woman just so happened to be Myleene Klass. By-stander apathy was in full flow and as i was wearing the golden beret the duty of helping the woman fell to me. The press were already starting to arrive in their truck loads and i wasn't sure what to do. I do not like the woman. I stood still for 46 minutes exactly while a riot formed around me. Eventually a man wearing a blue beret came over and shook the fox off. As you will know the blue beret can only be used in crisp related accidents so he was chased out of town. I was then jeered at while the paparazzi took pictures of me. The next morning the front page headlines read 'Is this the most pointless woman on Earth?'. You have to just face the situation and solve it. no matter how hard it is, the only way to relieve stress is to solve it, Usually hanging out with my friends,watching movies or engaging in different kind of activities or sports...having a vacation. They're not asking about the situation. They're asking about how YOU handle stress. Things they DON'T want to hear: - You freaked out. - You got everyone around you upset. - You caused more work for your supervisor. - You caused the company to lose money or production time. - You smoked three cigarettes and then ate an entire pizza. Things they DO want to hear: - You remained calm. - You helped others to remain calm. - You contacted the appropriate supervisors. - You came up with a solution and either fixed it or assisted the supervisor. - You went to the gym and worked out for an extra 1/2 hour. - You thought of how this situation could be avoided in the future. - If nothing else it showed you how to best handle the situation in the future.
