How does music influence young people?

Do you think country music has a good influence on young people whereas rock-n-roll has a bad influence on them?

  While this would be considered a matter of opinion, I personally do not believe so. The 'metalheads' I know are much more virtuous and respectful than the ones who listen to country music. Not to say that it is always that way. It would also depend on the person, and to what extent they take it/how they take it. It is also a proven fact that cities that broadcast more country music stations (specifically the old) often have higher suicide rates, often attributed to the fact that a lot of lyrics center around the loss of a lover or some such theme. And yet again, this question will depend on what type of person you are, and what type of person you consider 'bad'. Personally, I'd have to give a resounding no to this question.
