How do you add a Gmail account to Microsoft Outlook 2003?

Answer:
Enable POP in Gmail under Settings. Under Tools, click E-mail Accounts, and click New. Chose POP3, and click next. Put your full name in the name box (eg John Smith). Put your full Email in the Email box (eg [email protected]) Put your Gmail Username into the Username box (eg john.smith) Put the password that you use to login to Gmail in the password box Put pop.gmail.com in the Incoming Mail Server (POP3) box Put smtp.gmail.com in the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) box Check Remember Password Click More Settings On the Outgoing Server tab, check the Requires Authentication box (more instructions comming soon...)
