Answer:
Make two of your sims(male and female adult of course) relax on a double bed(any).make sure their relation ship is high. Have them cuddle, kiss, then make out.(the last two aren't nessasary but it brings up the tension:) ) Now click on "try for baby". make sure your volumes up so you can listen for the little lullaby at the end.
