How do you change languages in Windows Live Messenger?

To change languages, you could re-download with a new language from this page: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7a1aae73-48cc-4f7a-b445-0487bd5e84ef&displaylang=en Use the Change Language pulldown option under "Quick Details". I don't know if you will need to uninstall your previous version or not.
