'In what ways can you can prove to be an asset to our company' - How do you respond to a question like this in a job interview?

  • Answer:

To answer this question first of all you need to have the knowledge of the current market scenario.... for example supposedly if you are working in an affluent company with the acronym of finance related manager your task is to increase the revenue for the firm and in order to do this all you need to have is knowledge of market....like share market...and you"ll invest in it to make it threefold.....and be sure about what you say during your interviews!!! They will select on the basis of only what profits can you bring in for the company....Nothing else so please have General knowledge of market... Answer: If you know your strengths in sales or whatever, then you can capitalize on that. When I was in sales I emphasized my ability to work with all kinds of people and solve problems. You might write down a bunch of questions you think you will be asked and make out answers ahead of time for them to give yourself an edge, so you don't have to think of the answer on the spur of the moment. If you are having trouble getting the right questions, network with people you know for ideas.
