What is heat balance diagram of a thermal power plant?

Answer:
Heat balance diagram should be a diagram representation of the Second Law of Thermodynamics. The sum of all the heat energies in a system circuit should add up to zero. In other words, + heat energy input + [ -(output heat energy+losses)]= 0. Note that Heat is considered a form of transferable energy and therefore inclusion of noun energy after heat, only distinguishes the second law of thermodynamics from the Zeroth one.
