Colostomy due to crohns disease and have rheumatoid arthritis what would your disability rights be?

Answer:
If the definition of "disability rights" is some sort of financial settlement due to harm or neglect then the answer to the question is none. Unfortunately CD and RA are both autoimmune disorders and it is not unlikely for someone to have more than one autoimmune disease. With each disease there are symptoms and sometimes damage to the body. Just as RA causes damage to joints and connective tissue, Crohns causes problems and damage to the stomach and intestinal track. There is a wide spectrum of damage and disability with both diseases ranging from moderate to severe and needing to have a colostomy is at the severe end of the spectrum it still falls into the spectrum.
